Apply to become a distributor
Terms of Agreement
- 100% payment before or on supply. No credit sales and no post-dated payments.
- Valid for 6 months from signing. Performance reviews are done quarterly (every 3 months).
- Do not sell below ₦1,000 retail. No false claims, rebranding, or repackaging.
- Distributors purchasing 100 cartons or more may qualify for regional rights. Exclusivity is reviewed and can be withdrawn if targets are not met.
- Agreement may be terminated for missed targets for two consecutive quarters, brand misconduct, illegal resale, or non-compliance.
- Successful distributors may renew after 6 months and may qualify for upgraded status or larger territory.
